ORGANIZE A COMPANY PICNIC

and sports and entertainment festival. Central event is a corporate running for adults (5 km) and children (1 km). Create a festive mood and athletic attitude, provide warm and comfortable atmosphere for communication. Zone the area for children and adults, to promote active vacation with family and collegues.

Concept

"HIGH FIVE!" - SLOGAN OF THE EVENT.

There were provided different recreation areas for runners and those, who didn`t take part in the race - badminton, petanque, Jenga, Twister, table tennis, kicker, bike rental and unusial photo zone. Also master classes for the guests were considered: yoga, cheerleading, step aerobics, Capoera and lecture of nutritionist.

ENTERTAINMENT WITH A JAZZ COVER BAND,

Guinness champions` acrobatic show and capoeira show had been organized on the central stadium. The grand opening marked the band of drummers and flag raising enterprise. The place had been designed in eco theme: hammocks, patio furniture, sunbeds, pallets which were used as seats. Lunch lines had been built in the wooden blocks. Event hashtag - #EVRAZSPORT!
