ORIENTAL NEW YEAR.

Oriental New Year became the main idea of a corporative feast for M-I SWACO. The employees of the company enjoyed the atmosphere of an Oriental Quarter with trees of luck, oriental meals, colorful masquerade and various entertainments. Chinese dancers, painters, and also a Chinese interpreter, who turned out to be also a singer made the night unusual and bright. The host organized spectacular thematic contests and gave oriental prizes to the guests. And for the musical part of the night, not an oriental one, but very cheerful (and for a New Year party it is the main characteristic) responsibility was held by Murzilki band.

CHINESE PAINTING. DANCE WITH SWORDS. HAPPINESS.

To feel the atmosphere of an Oriental Quarter from the very beginning the guests were offered to participate in Chinese painting master class already in the lobby. PROUD show ballet also maintained the oriental theme: the dancers performed a real Chinese dance with swords. Chinese laoshi gave a humorous lesson and even sang a Chinese song. The host of the event was Sergei Novikov, who managed to organize the main action of the New Year’s Chinese night – the Chinese hieroglyph “HAPPINESS” made of the guests.
