Task
TO ORGANIZE AN EVENT DEVOTED TO INTEGRA BIRTHDAY AND OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY WORKER’S DAY AT A HIGH STATUS LEVEL.
To connect logically and accurately in the event two important parts of the night: an official program including awarding of the best employees and an entertaining part filled with thematic animation and interactive elements.
To strengthen the company's authority and prestige.

Concept
STATUS "I".
The reason for creation of such a concept by SSHIKOM was a combination of two important to the company holidays in the event: Birthday and Oil and Gas Industry Worker's Day. The key task for SSHIKOM was to hold the event at a high status level. As a result, the importance of the event was shown at all levels of the project: the venue, decoration of the hall, the interactive elements, filling of the official and entertaining parts of the conceptually united program.

CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN. HISTORY OF INTEGRA. BANDEROS.
The event of Integra was full of details emphasizing the subject of the holiday. SSHIKOM organized different thematic animation areas in the Welcome zone: a chocolate fountain, an instant photo studio, etc. For the photo studio SSHIKOM worked out special banners depicting episodes from history of Integra. The guests of the party also had a chance to participate in bright and interesting contests related to history and work of the company. A popular music band BandEros was the headliner of the event.
